Two out of four fire engines have now left Castle Mall, another is being packed up, ready to go.
The fire has clearly been brought under control. It started in a plant room near the food court and staff from the Castle Mall are waiting to get back inside. Shoppers and people with cars parked in the car park opposite are also hanging around.
I can't smell any lingering smoke in the air, but my colleague can.

The Norwich SOS bus crew that looks after sick, drunk or distraught revellers has welcomed the introduction of a new code of conduct for taxi drivers.
Volunteer Steve Ginn said: "We are helped by a large number of people in the area such as police, ambulance crews, club door staff and others. Now, with the code of conduct, taxi drivers can help too.
"Staff are pleased to go anywhere in the city centre to help people in distress, and if taxi drivers can help by bringing them to us or even just informing us where they are we will be delighted.
"Our own code means we do not work alone. We have plenty of blankets to cover anyone's modesty and over the 15 years we have been in existence, we have never had any accusation of inappropriate behaviour."

Forest rangers are continuing their search for him.

The introduction of a new code of conduct for taxi drivers in Norwich has been motivated by child abuse inquiries in the north of England.
The code sets out how drivers can behave towards passengers and forbids inappropriate behaviour. This means they cannot take pictures or video of them, give them gifts or sweets or even get in touch with them on social media.
Drivers are also being trained to spot possible signs of abuse in passengers, following a report that said taxi drivers in Rochdale and Rotherham played a "prominent role" in child abuse.
