A short while ago Bryony told me that she's given up the battle. Her furniture and personal possessions are packed up, and ready to be moved into a container provided by the council.

The container, which she says is close to the cliff edge, will need to be moved, following further damage to the coast in the recent storm surge.

She said: "It's dangerous... I can't put anything heavy in it."

The container will remain on her land for the next four months, by which time she hopes to have found a permanent home in the area.

Bryony says she's very unhappy at having to evict her daughter and son-in-law from a cottage she owns in nearby Witton Heath, in order to put it on the market so that she'll be able to buy somewhere to live.

In the meantime, she'll be living in a motor home that she's recently bought, and plans on touring areas of England that have been affected by coastal erosion.

It's also interesting that the science minister has chosen to come to Norwich rather than Cambridge to launch this strategy.

It's a sign of the growing importance of Norwich to the sector.

"I don't think the goalkeeper should have responded in the manner that he did and he deservedly got a red card," said Neil.

"Wes got the penalty and he just turned around to carry on with the game. It was unprofessional from the goalie and he got his punishment."

"Jonny Howson and Alex Tettey were excellent, the front four had a real impact in the game, and the two centre backs were totally dominant.

"If we combine all that, we're more than a match for anyone"
