    You couldn't light up at Nottingham's Beach last year but now the city council wants to cut out smoking at more of its outdoor family events as part of a "Smokefree Summer" campaign.

    This year's Lord Mayor’s Parade, the Riverside Festival and outdoor theatre events at Wollaton, the castle and Newstead Abbey will now be non-smoking.
