    BBC News has more from the inquest into John Stollery's death in Tunisia.

    During the hearing Cheryl Stollery also described her anger at who she thought was the Tunisian prime minister arriving at the scene.

    She said: "There was no security, no guards, but this man comes, wanting to try and appease you and tell you that it is all okay. How could it be okay, my husband was dead."

    Nottinghamshire County Council has been told its decision to stop giving siblings priority when allocating school places is "unfair".

    Parents from one school appealed to the Schools Adjudicator who agreed the admissions policy needed to be "revised".

    If you're a Nottingham Panthers fan I've just noticed a victory celebration has been planned in Market Square, external to mark their Continental Cup win.

    An 18-year-old man has been charged with wounding after a serious assault in St Ann's , externalyesterday afternoon and was due in court today.

    Police said the victim, a man, remained in a "serious but stable" condition in hospital.

    Another 18-year-old man and a 37-year-old woman who were also arrested in connection with the assault have been released on bail pending further enquiries.

    In a statement released before evidence was heard, Cheryl and Matthew Stollery said: "It is important not only to confirm the circumstances of John's death, we hope the inquest will raise awareness of what happened and ultimately the findings and outcomes from the Tunisia inquest will support 'lessons being learnt'.

    "We love and miss John terribly, our world has been shattered and we are totally devastated by the way he was taken from us by a mindless act of terrorism borne out of extremist behaviours and toxic ideologies."

    Mrs Stollery said she ran into the hotel and hid in a phone booth from the gunmen until she was led to another room by hotel staff.

    She said she saw no security at the hotel during her stay, and that TV crews were at the scene before the authorities arrived

    She was later reunited with her son.

    We've now got some details coming through of the inquest into the death of 58-year-old John Stollery from Walesby, Nottinghamshire in Tunisia in 2015.

    The former paratrooper had been on holiday with his wife and son when he was shot in the head and killed.

    Giving evidence, Cheryl Stollery said the couple had gone for a swim, while their son stayed in the hotel, when the attack happened. 

    She said she and Mr Stollery had started running back towards the hotel when he was shot.

    He tells officers he thought it was a hands-free call because it was on speakerphone.

    Officers pulled over a driver for taking a phone call after his bluetooth failed.

    He was issued a TOR - or a traffic offence report form.

    Two minutes later another driver is seen using his mobile phone in moving traffic and admitted he was texting.

    He said he'll think twice about using his phone again.
