A 17-year-old boy is recovering after being hit in the face near a social club in Derby.
Police said the teenager suffered swelling and a lump behind his ear when he was attacked by a group of young men in Arleston Lane, near Sinfin Moor Social Club.
The assault happened at about 18:30 on 22 September but details have only just been made public.

David Slater has announced he will be stepping down as the leader of Charnwood Borough Council next month.
Mr Slater has been at the helm for seven years but says the time is right to hand over to someone new.
He will formally resign as leader at the full council meeting on 6 November and members will vote on a replacement.

The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for wind after it emerged westerly winds of up to 60mph could be hitting the region tonight.
Heavy rain will also be present in patches, and the warning is in place from 21:00 tonight until 09:00 tomorrow morning.
A spokesman for the Met Office said there could be disruption to transport and temporary power cuts as a result of the wind and rain.

A blogger accused of posting an anti-Semitic song online denying the Holocaust is to stand trial in January following a campaign by a Jewish charity.
Alison Chabloz, from Glossop, penned the song (((Survivors))), which describes notorious death camp Auschwitz as "a theme park".
She performed it, along with another called Nemo's Anti-Semitic Universe, at a conference hosted by a group called The London Forum in September last year.
District Judge John Zani listed her trial for January 10 next year, while a further preliminary hearing was listed for October 25.

A man has pleaded guilty to raping a woman in a lay-by.
Leicestershire Police said, external Wayne Hobell, of no fixed address, picked up the 21-year-old victim in Leicester city centre on 20 November last year before raping her in his car in a lay-by in Oadby.
Hobell admitted two counts of rape at Leicester Crown Court on Tuesday. He will be sentenced on 23 November.

It's been a tough start to the season for the Foxes, and even though there are no league matches this coming weekend they've received more bad news today.
World governing body Fifa has rejected the club's attempt to approve the signing Sporting Lisbon midfielder Adrien Silva, saying the paperwork for the Portuguese player came in 14 seconds after the deadline on 31 August.
With Craig Shakespeare's side struggling in 17th position, signing Silva - earmarked as a replacement for Danny Drinkwater, who moved to reigning champions Chelsea - would have been a boost.
Leicester now must wait until January until they can add Silva to their playing squad.
