    A floating restaurant that was once owned by Oxford's Jesus College began to sink into the River Thames in south-west London when the pontoon it was moored to failed.

    The Boat restaurant and other vessels started to take on water as the pontoon in Richmond dragged them down.

    Lifeboat crews were called at about 01:00 this morning. They made the area safe and no-one was injured.

    I can see the firefighters using water from the hydraulic platform, the water pouring down the outside of the iconic building.

    But the flames have died down and the smoke is abating as well.

    I'm outside the Randolph Hotel on St Giles, which has been closed by police.

    I can see at least four fire engines, and incident support unit and a hydraulic platform. There are hundreds of people watching.

    We have reports of an accident and glass on the road, on the slip at Marston, just off the A40 Oxford Ring Road Northern Bypass, affecting traffic both ways between Headington and the A40.

    There's also a broken down lorry on the A40 westbound on the stretch from the Cutteslowe roundabout to the Wolvercote roundabout.

    There was a high turnout in Oxford Crown Court to hear the sentences given to the Banbury sex abuse gang.

    The judge described the men as a "sexually promiscuous group, having activity with girls who were young, vulnerable and lacking maturity".

    One of the Banbury sex abuse gang's victims has spoken exclusively to the BBC.

    She said: "I got in the car because the others left and I was on my own and I didn't know what to do, so I just went with them.

    "I was in the back of the car but I was in the middle... I was just scared. I didn't know what to do, but they'd planned it beforehand.

    "It gradually started to become more people. He asked me if I would work for him and I said 'no' and I just laughed it off but, as I realise now, I did it without even knowing - [I did] sex work.

    "I thought it was OK because I was brainwashed. They made me think it was my decision but it wasn't."

    The gang of six men from Banbury groomed vulnerable young girls at parties they had organised on social media, and were found guilty of subjecting the girls to offences including rape.

    Attacks took place over five years on seven victims, aged 13 to 15, in cars, woods or at the defendants' homes.

    A judge has sentenced the Banbury gang of six men who groomed underage girls before subjecting them to sexual abuse.

    • Ahmed Hassan-Sule, 21, of Glyndebourne Gardens, Banbury, has received a sentence of nine years, and five years on licence.

    • Mohamed Saleh, 21, of Orchard Way Banbury, has been given four years and nine months.

    • Said Saleh, 20, of Orchard Way, Banbury, was sentenced to four years in prison.

    • Takudzwa Hova, 21, of Broughton Road, Banbury received a sentence of six years and four years on licence.

    • Kagiso Manase, 20, of Warwick Road, Banbury has been given a five year sentence

    • Zsolt Szaltoni, 18 of Portway, Banbury has been sentenced to three years.
