    The cost of electricity bills is becoming a big concern in north Oxfordshire, external, with 76% of residents surveyed saying they were worried about paying for energy.

    That's the finding of a survey by Cherwell District Council, which ran over a six week period and measured the views of more than 400 people.

    Over half who filled out the online questionnaire also agreed the authority should become a registered energy provider.

    Grant Batchelor's truck was broken-into outside his home at the end of last month.

    He told Howard Bentham about their return: "My neighbour said that he had found my tool bag, about 15ft away from my car, over a fence which leads onto some common ground, round the back of our house. I don't think they had been out there for all that time."

    A memorial garden for the murdered Didcot teenager Jayden Parkinson was an "important project" for the charity which designed it.

    The garden was built with the help of volunteers from employment charity Aspire Oxford, external and planted with some of Jayden's favourite flowers and shrubs.

    Gez Porter, the charity's landscapes team leader who designed the garden, said: "This is a very important project for us as it raises awareness of what we can do, not only helping individuals from homelessness to employment, but for the wider community."

    Samantha Shrewsbury told BBC Radio Oxford the garden was "a beautiful thing to come out of a tragic ordeal".

    She said: "I'm really excited because of all the work that has gone into it and obviously because of what it stands for, but I'm sad as well because it's about her, and she's not there to share it."

    The increasing number of applications for primary school places needs to be addressed with new schools, rather than expanding existing ones, according to one Oxfordshire headteacher.

    Lynn Knapp's Windmill School in Headington is expanding to be Oxfordshire's largest primary, but she told BBC Radio Oxford that it was not going to address demand.

    She said: "We're now taking 90 instead of 60, but still the demand is getting larger and I think they need to think now about new schools and not expanding the schools in Oxford city, because they have run out of capacity."

    Named Jayden's Forget Me Not Garden, it is close to where the 17-year-old was found buried in an existing grave at All Saints Church.

    She had been strangled by her ex-boyfriend Ben Blakeley, who is serving a life sentence for murder.

    A teenage driver is starting a four-year prison sentence for knocking down and killing 14-year-old Liberty Baker, as she walked to school in Witney.

    Robert Blackwell, from Weald near Bampton, had admitted causing death by dangerous driving and serious injury by dangerous driving.

    Liberty's friend Isla Squires told BBC Radio Oxford they miss her greatly.

    She said: "It's not the same without her. We've all come together to try and remember her, her smile, how happy she was. We miss her as a group, she was a treasure to us."
