    A couple from Headington will be sentenced later at Oxford Crown Court, external for falsely claiming £200,000 in benefits. 

    Kevan Barrett, 44, also known as Kevan Kinch, and his partner Kerri Kinsey, 41, both from Stubbs Avenue were arrested in August last year and pleaded guilty to the offence.

    A man has been charged with the murder of a Poundland customer in Abingdon.

    Police at the scene or the incident in Abingdon

    Trevor Joyce, 36, of Franklyn Close, Abingdon, is accused of killing Justin Skrebowski at the shop shortly after 11:20 on Monday.

    Thames Valley Police say the victim has not been formally identified, but he was believed to be the 61-year-old from Oxford.
