    Two councils in Oxfordshire are contracting out some back office services in the hope of saving £18m between them, external.

    Eight men who were arrested following violence around an Oxford United and Millwall FC match on Tuesday night have been bailed.

    The eight, who were aged between 17 and 56, were held on suspicion of a variety of offences, including affray, criminal damage, possessing an offensive weapon, assault with injury, possession of a Class A drug and attempting to enter a football match while drunk.

    Heavy rain caused widespread disruption in the city in February 2014 with homes and major roads cut off for days.

    Plans include a high volume pump to be used on Abingdon Road and inserting pipes under Botley Road.

    A new type of diagnosis for the Zika virus has been developed by an Oxfordshire firm.

    The Native Antigen Company, based at Cherwell Innovation Centre, says a special protein can detect the virus long after a person contracts it.

    Two teenage boys from Oxford have gone missing.

    Alexis Airey and Jacob Milne-Davies, both aged 15 and last seen in Westbury Crescent, Oxford, at about 23:00 on Tuesday, are thought to be together.
