The contract with the private companies has been drawn up between South Oxfordshire and the Vale of White Horse - as well as three other councils in the country.

Eight men who were arrested following violence around an Oxford United and Millwall FC match on Tuesday night have been bailed.
The eight, who were aged between 17 and 56, were held on suspicion of a variety of offences, including affray, criminal damage, possessing an offensive weapon, assault with injury, possession of a Class A drug and attempting to enter a football match while drunk.
A new waterway gallery, external and a “mini museum” for children are planned for Banbury Museum by the end of next year.

A powerful pump is among measures that could be used if Oxford's roads flood again in the future.
Heavy rain caused widespread disruption in the city in February 2014 with homes and major roads cut off for days.
Plans include a high volume pump to be used on Abingdon Road and inserting pipes under Botley Road.
Great Western Railway has urged passengers to check before embarking on their journey from Didcot this Sunday as Network Rail carries out work.
Didcot Parkway Station is closed to rail services for six Sundays in February and March, external and trains will be diverted or replaced with direct bus services.

A new type of diagnosis for the Zika virus has been developed by an Oxfordshire firm.
The Native Antigen Company, based at Cherwell Innovation Centre, says a special protein can detect the virus long after a person contracts it.

Two teenage boys from Oxford have gone missing.
Alexis Airey and Jacob Milne-Davies, both aged 15 and last seen in Westbury Crescent, Oxford, at about 23:00 on Tuesday, are thought to be together.
They are thought to have links to Surrey, police have said, external.
