Sam Slocombe will return in goal for the U's tomorrow at Exeter after Benji Buchel was given a start in midweek against Millwall.

    Quote Message

The decision I make on that will be two or three days before the game... as it is at the minute Sam's got the jersey and it's his to lose or Benji's to win, but the comfortable thing from my point of view is that I have got two more than capable goalkeepers."

A temporary slipway has been created and the plan is to winch the boat up on to the bank.

Access to the Botley Bridge walkway will be restricted during the operation for safety reasons.

    Quote Message

We're going to drag it up the bank and it will be placed on the small green adjacent to the allotments on the Botley Road. It's the only safe option at the moment... as the flow in the river is far too dangerous to put our divers on the vessel."
