A Junior doctor says she's leaving the NHS, because of the protracted row with the government over new contracts.
Caroline Jones, who's a single mum from Shrewsbury, had most recently been working at a hospital in Stoke-on-Trent.
She says long days, including out of hours commitments, were getting too much.
Quote MessageI wasn't seeing my children and that's what it had come down to. And with the new contracts from next August, for me, we know that the hours were going to increase, especially the out of hours commitments. I was being made to choose between being a parent or being a doctor. I really wanted to juggle both, but I failed."
