Appeal to convert home of man paralysed in bike crashpublished at 14:06 British Summer Time 7 August 2017
An appeal has been launched, external to raise £15,000 to convert the home of a Telford man who was paralysed in a bicycle accident.
Alan Jenkins and his family sold the home they'd lived in for the last 21 years, and bought a bungalow, after he came off his bike in a cycle race last September.
Alan is being looked after at a cente in Wellington until his new house in St Georges is ready and will require full-time specialist care at home.
