A protest march is being organised in the Staffordshire Moorlands against plans to build housing.
The Mount, an area of greenbelt on the edge of Leek, has been identified as an area where 200 new houses could be built., external
The land has been included in part of the district council's draft local housing plan - they insist it's still only at a consultation stage.
Councillors Gail Lockett and Dani Ogden (featured in video) have organised a protest march for later this month, calling for the lane to be taken off the local plan.

The stark regional differences in the proportion of pupils studying A-levels in local state schools in England has been revealed - ranging from 2% to 74%.
In eight authorities there are less than 20% of students taking A-levels in schools in their boroughs.
Nick Timothy of New Schools Network, which carried out the research, said it was a "glass ceiling" on ambition.
A Department for Education spokeswoman said the figures were "misleading", because pupils could be studying A-levels in schools in other local authorities.

The heavy rain this afternoon's been enough to trigger a flood alert from the Environment Agency for the Rivers Sow and Penk in the Stafford area, external.
The alert means flooding is possible - the agency says rivers levels are "rising fast".

Traders claimed the proposals to remove permanent stalls and build offices could damage Sandbach's status as a market town.

The rain appears to have eased in Stoke-on-Trent but there are several cases of roads affected by flooding in the city:
- It's affecting the A53 Werrington Road in Bucknall, at the Brookhouse Lane junction
- There's flooding on Duke Street in Fenton at the A50 junction
- Traffic is slow on the A50 both ways in Stoke-on-Trent due to flooding between the Sideaway Roundabout and Heron Cross
