    There's slow traffic on the M6 northbound between junctions 18 and 19 because of an earlier broken down vehicle.

    All lanes have been reopened but congestion is back to junction 17.

    People gathered at Lichfield Cathedral last night to remember victims of the Nice attack.

    Dean of Lichfield, the Very Reverend Adrian Dorber, said: "Our world is turbulent and frightening just now".

    Members of the public were invited to light candles in support and to say prayers for the more than 80 people killed on Thursday night, when a lorry drove into crowds on Bastille day

    A minute's silence will be observed in France this morning as the government is facing growing criticism it hasn't done enough to protect the country.
