A woman who died following a collision in Elveden on Friday has been named as Julia Leeson, who lived in Mundford near Thetford.
Mrs Leeson, who was in her 70s, was driving a grey Honda car, on the B1106 towards the A11 and Brandon, when it was in collision with a red Volvo heading in the opposite direction shortly after 15:30 on Friday, 9 December. She died at the scene.
Julia Leeson leaves behind a son, his wife and their two girls.
Her family have issued a tribute to the grandmother, a member of Thetford Golf Club and an avid bird watcher, who also provided reading services for the blind, saying she will be "deeply missed" by family and friends.
Police are appealing for anyone with information, or who may have dash cam footage of the incident, to contact them.
The driver of the red Volvo, a man, was taken to West Suffolk Hospital for treatment for back pain.

Ipswich Town, external remain just five points above the Championship relegation zone after drawing 1-1 with 10-man Cardiff City on Saturday.
"Going one behind makes it extremely difficult to play," said Town boss Mick McCarthy.
"What I would say is that we had a good response in the second half.
"I have to say I think I preferred it when they had 11 men on the pitch because I think the sending off [of Cardiff's Sol Bamba] changed the way that they played.
"I thought they sat in and I thought we had more joy against 11 of them, but I can't stand here and say we deserved any more than the point."

A 17-year-old boy who was charged on Saturday evening with the murder of two men, is due before Ipswich Youth Court via video link this morning.
The charges follow the deaths on Thursday of Barry Street, 32, and Nathan Oakley, 18, both from Ipswich who were stabbed at the West Meadows travellers' site at the A14 Whitehouse junction.
Post-mortem examinations revealed that both victims died as a result of their injuries.

Two men from Ipswich, aged 31 and 22, one man from Wickford, Essex, aged 19, one man from Barnsley, South Yorkshire, aged 23, and a teenage boy were arrested early this morning on suspicion of violent disorder, following incidents at the West Meadows travellers' site in Ipswich last night.
A 20-year-old man, also from Wickford, has been detained on suspicion of causing criminal damage.
Police were called just after 22:00 to reports that a number of properties were being damaged.
They say a number of officers will remain on the site, to offer reassurance to the community.

Good morning. We've got some breaking news to start things off.
Five men have been arrested on suspicion of violent disorder at the West Meadows travellers' site in Ipswich, following a number of incidents overnight.
It's the same site where two men were allegedly murdered last week.
In the latest incident, two caravans were set alight and a horse that was injured died at the scene.
Another man has also been detained on suspicion of causing criminal damage.
One of the suspects was hurt by a police dog bite and was taken to hospital for assessment, Suffolk Police said.
The sliproad leading to junction 53 westbound on the A14 was closed overnight, but reopened at about 06:00.
