There is some relief for drivers across the county as two sets of road works are due to come to an end.
Concerns were raised in Lowestoft back in February that the town could grind to a halt when Bridge Road in Oulton Broad was made into a temporary one-way system for gas mains to be replaced.
The six-week works are now complete, two days ahead of schedule.
Meanwhile, on the the other side of the county, a major route into Bury St Edmunds has been closed for eight weeks while Suffolk Highways carried out repairs to Westley bridge.
The A1302 Newmarket Road is due to reopen at 19:00.
Colin Clayton, vice chairman of Westley Parish Council, said: "It will be really good to get back to normal working life again."

Mick McCarthy believes tomorrow's hosts Fulham will face a very different Ipswich Town to the one they comfortably beat 2-0 at Portman Road in December .
"We were hopeless, so it’s a lot easier when you're a good team playing against a hopeless team on the day," said the Blues boss.
"We never got after them. Maybe that was down to my tactics the way we played that day.
"I don't know, maybe we all had a good Christmas, there were a lot of mitigating factors.
"They were very good, and they are a very good team and if you let them play they can really hurt you, so we won't be letting them play on Saturday."
