Labour's Stephen Timms questions why the government is forcing all schools to become academies by 2022, citing research from the Sutton Trust about their patchy performance. We now move on to the SNP Westminster leader Angus Robertson who also asks about tax - he wants to know what the UK has done specifically about Mossack Fonseca since the Panama Papers details surfaced. Mr Cameron says it is wrong to say that the UK's Crown Dependencies and Overseas Territories are still "at the top of the pyramid" of tax secrecy, saying they have complied with all the three main measures on exchanges of information, national standards and ownership registers.
