What is Brexit?

Independent MP Fiona Onasanya, who was jailed for perverting the course of justice in January, voted against Theresa May's deal this evening.
It was the first time the Peterborough MP voted in the Commons since her release on 26 February.
Ms Onasanya was sentenced to three months in prison after she lied to police about who was driving her car when it was caught speeding, but was released early last month.
She has faced calls to step down and allow a by-election to take place, but she continues to protest her innocence.
She was elected for Labour but expelled from the party after her conviction.
Correction 18 June 2019: This entry originally described Fiona Onasanya as a Labour MP and was amended after publication to correctly identify her as an independent.
