    That's all for today's Queen's Baton Relay Live. It's been an action-packed day as the baton journeyed through Falkirk.

    Dennis Shovlin was joined by Commonwealth mascot Clyde as he carried the baton on his mobility scooter.

    Anthea Bundy treated us to some Highland dancing, while husband and wife Alan and Laura Shanks treated each other to a public display of affection.

    Thanks for all your tweets flagged with #bbcbatonrelay, external. We'll be back tomorrow morning from 08:00 BST as Clackmannanshire hosts day 12 of the baton relay's 40-day tour of Scotland.

    The relay starts in Kennet and makes stops in towns and villages including Alloa, Sauchie, Dollar, Alva and Fishcross before ending the day in Tullibody.

    Comedian Susan Calman will be one of the baton bearers.

    The final baton bearer for tonight is former gymnast Steve Frew.

    Steve took gold at the 2002 Manchester Commonwealth Games for the rings, and is now a motivational speaker and mentor to athletes.

    Robert is founder of the Falkirk School of Gymnastics, and has been the chairman of Falkirk Sports Council for 26 years. Robert received an MBE in 2005 for his service to gymnastics.

    We're now on to the last stretch of the relay for today.

    Swimmer Charlotte McKenzie has just received the baton. Charlotte was a bronze medallist at 2011 Youth Commonwealth Games in the 50 metre backstroke.

    As events are unfolding in the shadow of two 30 metre high horses' heads, we thought we could get away with using our "final furlong" line for the third time in a week.

    Rachel Tweedie, who is currently in Brazil, has been in touch about our coverage of Bill Wintrup.

    She emailed: "I would like to thank you for your live coverage of the baton relay, without it I would not have been able to watch my grandad, Bill Wintrup carry the baton in Falkirk today at around 5:40pm.

    "I am currently in Rio de Janeiro so was unable to witness this proud moment for him and my family, however I managed to watch it all online.

    "I cried with happiness and was overall so proud to be able to watch him, and the big smile on his face. Thank you all so much."

    Alan has introduced the Duke of Edinburgh Award into HM Young Offender's Institute Polmont, and has successfully helped a number of young people through their Bronze and Silver Awards.

    Alan passed the baton to Anne Riley a little bit earlier.

    Anne teaches young children how to swim, despite having terminal cancer. She is currently fundraising for Macmillan Cancer Support and the charity Tommy's, which funds research into stillbirth, premature birth and miscarriage.

    A kilted Anthea Bundy has just treated us to a Highland dancing display. She jigged down the road with the baton.

    For some reason the police escort officers - who usually love a good boogie - didn't join in.

    Sue Walker's sister Jackie Mitchell is on holiday so can't cheer her on in person. She is, however, watching our live coverage.

    Jackie emailed to say: "All the best to my sister Sue Walker, an ultra marathon runner who is carrying the baton through Grangemouth today, past the Spitfire on Bo'ness Road. She has been picked for all her work with Girlguiding Scotland."

    The first baton bearer in Grangemouth is Shirley McIntosh.

    Shirley has won more Commonwealth shooting medals than any other Scottish woman, and took gold at the 1994 games in Victoria.

    She was also the first female Scottish shooter to be awarded an MBE for services to sport.

    The baton is now at Blackness Castle which, due to its proximity to the Firth of Forth and its narrow shape that comes to a point, is known as "the ship that never sailed".

    Former British 400m hurdles champion Sandy is still heavily involved in athletics, being one of the only five of the sport's master coaches in Scotland. He uses his wealth of knowledge and experience to coach athletes of all ages.
