    I met his former teacher Mrs Benton, who said: "We're very proud of him, He's an excellent pupil and a real hope for gymnastics in the future Commonwealth Games".

    Dancing teacher Danielle was described by those who nominated her as "a great role model to younger pupils who aspire to get involved with dance and sports".

    Danielle has been volunteering in the local community for the last few years and completed her Dance Leader Award in 2010.

    Cameron Walker was the second person to carry the baton in Denny.

    He has just qualified for the World Highland Dancing finals. The teenager has competed in an impressive 47 competitions.
