The A90 southbound carriageway near Tealing has reopened following a four car collision earlier this morning.
Rail services remain severely disrupted in central Scotland.
A limited service is now running on the busy commuter route between Glasgow Queen Street and Edinburgh.

More yellow weather warnings are in place from the Met Office over the next few days.
The first is valid for much of the country until 23:55 on Saturday.
A second, mainly to the north and east, runs from 00:05 on Sunday until late on Monday.

A public inquiry into a wind farm proposal near Hawick has been postponed due to bad weather.
The 10-day hearing into the 15-turbine Birneyknowe project was scheduled to start on Monday at Minto Golf Club.
However, the Scottish government's planning and environmental appeals division confirmed it would be put on hold.
Every league match in Scotland is off tomorrow - with the exception of the League 1 match between Alloa and East Fife. A decision on that is due later.
The four Scottish Cup quarter final matches are each scheduled to go ahead. They are Celtic v Morton and Aberdeen v Kilmarnock tomorrow, and Motherwell v Hearts, and Rangers v Falkirk on Sunday.
Aberdeen say they'll issue an update this afternoon. The two professional rugby fixtures due tonight - Ulster v Glasgow and Edinburgh v Munster - have already been called off. Tomorrow's horse racing at Kelso has already been abandoned.

A Glasgow Airport spokesman said: "The extreme weather conditions of the last 72 hours have seen the airport experience record levels of snow.
"Airport staff have worked continuously through the night to clear the runway, wider airfield and passenger walkways.
"While we are currently operational a large number of flights have been cancelled. We continue to urge passengers to check the status of their flights with their airlines and to only travel to the airport if safe to do so."
Both airlines Easyjet and Ryanair have cancelled operations on Friday at Edinburgh Airport.
Blinkbonny in Edinburgh is still under heavy snow.

A spokesman said: "Today will be challenging and there will be disruption.
"We understand that the fluidity of the situation can be frustrating and we thank passengers for their ongoing patience and support.
"It is important that passengers only travel to the airport if their airline confirms their flight is flying."
Drifting snow seems to be causing problems in many parts of the country on Friday morning.

One person has been injured in a multi-vehicle collision on the A90 in Angus.
The incident took place on the southbound carriageway near Tealing.
It is understood four vehicles were involved in the collision.
Police say the southbound carriageway will be closed until 11:00 "at the very earliest".

A Virgin trains spokeswoman said: “On our east coast route, due to extreme weather conditions we are advising customers not to travel today.
"We are unable to run any services north of Newcastle.
"For customers who would prefer to postpone their travel, tickets will be also valid for your journey on any Virgin Trains East Coast service between Saturday 3 March and Wednesday 7 March inclusive. A full refund will be available to those who choose not to travel."
Services are not running on the west coast route between Carlisle and Scotland for the rest of ay.
