The SNP's Shirley-Anne Somerville holds the Dunfermline seat.
SNP leader Nicola Sturgeon says she has set out an ambitious manifesto, putting education at the very centre of her plans for a third term.
Ms Sturgeon stresses the importance of the NHS and business and says she is taking nothing for granted, but is keen to build on the confidence Scotland has at the moment.

Jackson Carlaw of the Scottish Conservatives who has won the seat in Eastwood says he only realised he had it when he was called backstage.
Mr Carlaw says "it is wonderful to deliver a result for the Scottish conservatives".
He says a lot of it is down to the leadership of Ruth Davidson and people are really responding to her.

So far with 10 constituency seats now declared in Scotland Labour's vote is down by 11 points, while the Cons' tally is up by 6 point.
If this patttern persists then Labour would end up just a point ahead of the Cons in constituency votes.
However it should be born in mind that the seats the two parties win will be determined primarily by the outcome on the list vote, on which many opinion polls have suggested the Cons will do slightly better.
Meanwhile the SNP vote is so far up by just over 4 points, suggesting that the party will once agin win something close to half the vote in Scotland.
