    Scottish Lib Dem Leader Willie Rennie says his party will not give up membership of the EU or the UK.

    "I am pro European and pro UK," he says.

    Mr Rennie says the arguments from the Scottish government and Tories on Brexit could have been reversed during the 2014 independence referendum.

    The Lib Dem MSP says he does not know what Labour stand for anymore.

    SNP MSP Ivan McKee points out that Norway is outside the customs union.

    Mr Macdonald says he understands that and accepts the point.
