Good morning and welcome to Holyrood Live on 19 June 2018.

First up, the Equalities and Human Rights Committee takes evidence on human rights and the Scottish parliament, and then on bullying and harassment in schools.

Holyrood's standards committee is to rule on whether to suspend former government minister Mark McDonald from parliament after a harassment probe.

We'll also cover this and bring you all the reaction to the ruling.

SNP MSP Christina McKelvie will then use her member’s debate to highlight MND Awareness Week 2018.

Then we have the annual ministerial Statement: Provisional Outturn 2017-18, relating to local authority spend.

The Scottish government debate highlights World Refugee Day and will focus on supporting people to settle in Scotland.
