To put the recent weather into context, Rhondda Cynon Taf council has described it as "the biggest snow clearing operation in decades".
The council has had 80 gritters, tractors and JCBs out on the roads.

Responding to claims that an unnamed health board has charged staff to stay overnight on site, Abertawe Bro Morgannwg Health Board said: "We are not charging any staff staying overnight during severe weather. Free meals and accommodation on our sites for these amazing staff. So grateful to all our fantastic staff who go the extra mile. Thank you all!"

As they say in the theatre - the show must go on - and today's performances are.
Many people cannot make it and some emergency services are still advising people not to travel unless necessary.
But the centre is not offering refunds for those who can't make it and are advising people to contact them to see if alternative arrangements can be made.
