A rapper who grew up in Jersey but now works as a "poet in resident" for London schools says poetry and rapping is a great way to teach children.
He goes into schools to share his love of the spoken word, including using freestyle rap and poetry.
Just Muz, aka Christian Foley speaks to Ryan Morrison about his music.
He works with two schools in London but spends most of his time working with young offenders and people who are not able to go to school.
In a recent interview with BBC Introducing in Jersey he said: "Poetry is part of the soul, it is something you can't quiet explain what it does but it does it."

A young Jersey farmer says the future of the industry is strong, despite a recent report showing a drop in the export of milk and potatoes last year.
In recent weeks, concerns have been raised about fewer workers being hired in the industry, and the effects minimum wage increases could have.
Philip Le Maistre said: "Jersey Dairy was built a couple of years ago and is up and running well. This has enabled them to produce UHT milk and ice creams going as far as Asia and Hong Kong and this is increasing demand."

Jersey's social security department have put an increase in the number of people looking for work down to parents on income support having to sign up for back to work.
Under rules introduced last year, parents on income support whose youngest child has started nursery have to sign up as "actively seeking work" and 180 did so in September.
Deputy Graham Truscott, Social Security Assistant Minister, said: “The fact that the actively seeking work figures only increased by 90, despite nearly 180 parents being added, is testament to the hard work of the Back to Work team."

New tax measures to cover a shortfall in health funding in Jersey will be announced in the budget next year.
It comes two weeks after the States rejected a new charge for health services, leaving a £15m per year gap in funding by 2019.
Chief Minister, Senator Ian Gorst, said the government would work together to find alternative measures including changes to personal taxation.

More details have been revealed about plans to change Jersey's social security system over fears there will not be enough to pay pensions in the future. The review is due to last three years.

A Christmas bonus worth £84.87 will be paid in December to about 4,000 people in Jersey after politicians voted to reintroduce the scheme.

Four themes are identified including quality of life, an all inclusive and healthy community, the economy and making Guernsey a safe and secure place to live.

The head of Jersey's Jewish congregation says students are not going to university because of growing antisemitism in the UK.
Stephen Regal says there is an increasing anti Jewish feeling which is in part due to high profile attacks on Israel's policies, and many believing the state represents the whole Jewish population.
He told BBC Radio Jersey's morning thought: "Britain's universities are slowly becoming no go areas for many Jews because of the wrongly perceived connection with the State of Israel."

The Economic Development Minister, Senator Lyndon Farnham, said hospitality like civil servants taking guests to international rugby matches has created more jobs and brought in more taxes.

He was challenged by Deputy Sam Mezec to provide specific figures but said it was not necessary.
He said: "I don't think it is necessary to waste time on producing reports. The Deputy doesn't like it because it is a success, we are being successful."

Jersey Police say officers say they have noticed a change of attitude since they started using body-worn cameras.
The small video cameras, worn on officers' shoulders, were introduced for a six month trial in 2013, before being rolled out across the force in December 2014.
Recently, a study involving 2,000 officers in England, Northern Ireland and the United States found complaints against the police had fallen by 93% in a year.
Inspector Sarah Henderson from the States of Jersey Police says they do make officers - and members of the public - feel safer.

Jersey rapper, Christian Foley, who recently went viral with a freestyle rap recorded in a secondary school and was praised by 50 Cent has a new album about growing up in the 1990s, external.
In the 24 track album called Jumpers for Goalposts he goes through his life growing up in both Leicester and Jersey.
Foley says his words have to be very personal to him, he said: "I have to put a lot of myself into what I write."

Condor executive director Alicia Andrews responded to criticism of the new timetable that gives daytrippers between Guernsey and Jersey six hours before the return journey by saying "six hours was enough for her".
