Gavin & Stacey could return for film, says Ruth Jones

Gavin & Stacey co-creator Ruth Jones has hinted that the hit TV show could be turned into a film.
The BBC comedy, created by Jones and James Corden, ended in 2010 two-and-a-half years after it first hit TV screens.
Jones, who played Nessa, told the Radio Times, external that she would "definitely" join forces with Corden, who starred as Smithy, again.
"We haven't any concrete plans but we will at some stage," she said.
"It might be a Gavin & Stacey special or it might be a film."
The show, which also stars Mathew Horne, Joanna Page, Larry Lamb and Alison Steadman is set in Barry Island and Billericay.
Stella star Jones said that she was fan of the drama Last Tango In Halifax, Radio 4's The Archers, and most recently, a BBC Four documentary on cathedrals.
But asked what TV show she would ban, the actress said: "I can't think of anything worse than watching The Only Way Is Essex, but then, you're talking to someone who likes Autumnwatch."
A US version of Gavin & Stacey, called Us & Them, was cancelled midseason, external by Fox.
Only six of the planned 13 episodes will now run.
