USS Johnston: Explorers film the world's deepest known shipwreck
A privately funded expedition has successfully relocated, surveyed, and filmed the world’s deepest known shipwreck.
US Navy destroyer the USS Johnston lies at a depth of 6,456m (21,180ft) after sinking during the Battle off Samar in 1944, in the Philippine Sea.
