Billy Caldwell: Medication ordeal 'horrific and cruel'

The mother of a boy who had his medicinal cannabis oil confiscated at Heathrow Airport said the ordeal had been "horrific and cruel".

Charlotte Caldwell said her son Billy was prescribed the medication to stop epileptic seizures by an NHS GP in 2017, but was then told he could no longer prescribe it.

The Home Office has allowed Billy the medication on a 20-day licence.
