Hancock: 'We are concerned about this rise in cases'

Health Secretary Matt Hancock said he was "concerned" about a rise in cases "predominantly among young people".

His comments come as government data showed a further 2,988 cases of coronavirus have been reported in the UK in the past 24 hours.
