Do you need to change your accent to get a top job?

Engineering student Chris has explored trying to change the way he speaks, out of a concern his accent could hold him back when he graduates.

As part of his journey, he spoke to two sociolinguists who are researching how accents shape our lives in the UK.

He spoke to the BBC's Amol Rajan.
