A foster child rates Wolverhampton's care scheme

Gareth Rafferty went into care aged three, but says he felt supported by the care system.

He gave evidence to Ofsted inspectors who have rated the Wolverhampton's Children's Services as Good, a turn around from its last inspection.

He is now getting ready for university.
