Etwall: Popeye theme for village's well dressing event

Etwall in Derbyshire is among many villages that hold well dressing festivals each year.

Alyson Horton, chair of the Etwall Wall Dressing Association, showed BBC News how the colourful displays come together and explained why they have opted for a Popeye theme this year.
