Police investigating the murder of a man stabbed to death on Father's Day have been given more time to question a 30-year-old man.

Christian Bagley died in hospital after being stabbed in the arm and back under Hunderton Bridge in Hereford last June. He had just visited his daughter.

The man in custody was arrested on Tuesday on suspicion of murder.

West Mercia Police said detectives were granted more time on Wednesday morning to continue questioning the suspect.
