Arrested man released in Hereford retail park murder probe

A second man arrested on suspicion of murder after a death in Hereford will face no further action, police said.
Officers were called to Brook Retail Park at 02:10 BST on Thursday and found a 63-year-old man in cardiac arrest. He was taken to hospital, but died.
The West Mercia force said it had determined no further action should be taken against the arrested 32-year-old.
A man previously questioned, 31, has been released under investigation.
Senior investigating officer Det Ch Insp Leighton Harding, said: "We understand that arrests following a death will be alarming to the local community, but we are satisfied that there is no risk to the wider community."
