New Oxford Street: Bus towed away after crashing into building front

A bus has been towed away after crashing into a building on New Oxford Street, in central London.

The number eight bus smashed through the front windows of a retail unit, which was empty at the time.

The ambulance Service says it treated two people, with one taken to hospital.

London Fire Brigade said road closures were in place and people were advised to avoid the area while they investigated.
