A man has been arrested on suspicion of murder after a 46-year-old was stabbed to death near Tottenham Hotspur's stadium in north London.

Okechukwu Iweha was found unresponsive with a number of knife wounds in Northumberland Park, in Haringey, on Sunday morning. He died at the scene.

Met detectives are questioning a 33-year-old man, who remains in police custody, over the attack.

The force said the investigation was "making good progress".

Officers have appealed for witnesses, especially people living in the area who may have private CCTV or dashcam footage, to contact them.
