Dead nice to be home, Luke Littler says on St Helens Darts Academy visit

Darts sensation Luke 'The Nuke' Littler has paid a visit to the academy where he learned the game in the hope of inspiring more youngsters.

The 17-year-old fell just short of becoming the sport's youngest world champion earlier in the year and has just won the Bahrain Masters.

Returning to St Helens Darts Academy, where he first started playing aged 10, he told BBC North West Tonight it was "dead nice to be home" and back to "reality-ish".

He added he hoped some of those training at the academy could "become like me one day or Michael van Gerwen".
