Watch: Rapper Tinchy Stryder turns on Christmas lights
Rapper and singer Tinchy Stryder has switched on Mansfield's Christmas lights in front of large crowds.
As well as performing some of his well-known songs, the 37-year-old Number 1 singer took part in a countdown before pressing a big red button to light up the Nottinghamshire town.
Blue singer Simon Webbe had originally been booked to turn on the lights but due to a last-minute conflict the town's council had to find a replacement.
Stryder has had two UK number one singles and has collaborated with Taio Cruz, Calvin Harris and the Chuckle Brothers.
