Names released of Branton car crash fire victims

Liam Aldred and Dean McIntyre died in a crash in Branton

The names of two men killed when a car they were in crashed into a garden wall and burst into flames have been released.

Liam Aldred, 26, and Dean McIntyre, 27, both from Doncaster, died in the crash in Poppyfields Way, in Branton, Doncaster, on 25 August.

The names of the two men were previously withheld at the request of their families.

A third man who was inside the car remains in a critical condition.

Two men, aged 21 and 18, and a 15-year-old boy arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving have been released on bail.

A 21-year-old woman from Doncaster arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender has also been released on bail.
