Industrial relations: unions to hold more strikes?
Last year saw mass protests by public sector workers over their pensions - with more days lost to strike action in the November demonstrations than any time since the early 1980s.
Some think that heralds a new age of industrial unrest, with more stoppages on the way even though union membership is declining.
David Thompson spoke to Conservative MP Dominic Raab and the former union leader and cabinet member Alan Johnson on the state of industrial relations and calls for anti-strike laws.
