Ed Miliband attacks David Cameron over child benefit

Labour leader Ed Miliband has accused Prime Minister David Cameron of broken promises over proposed changes to child benefit.

In response, Mr Cameron defended the policy, saying the ''bigger picture'' was the need to tackle ''a massive budget deficit''.

Mr Miliband quoted back Mr Cameron's pre-election words, on no means-testing.
