Heathrow Airport queue warning from London First group
The government needs to "get a grip" on queues at Heathrow Airport, the chief executive of London First says.
Baroness Valentine said long waits to get into the country were harming the reputation of the city ahead of the Olympic Games, adding that it was "not treating people with dignity" to leave them in three-hour long queues.
