Airport border queues 'still too long' says minister

Foreign Office Minister Jeremy Browne said reported 90-minute queues at London's Heathrow Airport were "still too long", but he denied claims of two-and-a-half hour waits.

Conservative minister Greg Clark explained plans for extra teams to help out at short notice in busy times, and said "a warm welcome to this country can't be at the expense of security".

Labour's Stephen Twigg said there was an "image of chaos" and further cuts were planned to staffing levels.
