Scottish independence: MSP Derek Mackay on referendum
The Scottish government is publishing plans for an independence day set for March 2016, should there be a yes vote in the autumn 2014 referendum.
The Scottish National Party's local government minister said "people want certainty around continuity".
Derek Mackay spoke of a "wealthier, healthier, greener fairer nation, with the powers of of normal country on independence".
He said the Scottish and UK governments should "exchange factual information to show what options are available for Scotland".
