PMQs: Cameron on Scotland and EU referendum timings

The prime minster was asked why he thought the two-year build up to the Scottish independence referendum was too long, but his planned EU referendum could be five years away.

David Cameron replied to the SNP's Mike Weir that it was a simple answer, as he wants Scotland to remain in the UK but to see a "changed Europe" before asking people to vote.
