National Apprenticeship Week: Boss on finding young workers
When Julie White bought her Coventry-based drilling firm in 2008, the average age of her engineers was around mid-50s, and it was getting older.
But through apprenticeships, the average age is now about half that, and she called for a national database of young people.
In her film to mark National Apprenticeship Week, the employer explained how half of her workers are, or have been, apprentices and the need for her industry to find "new blood".
