Royal Mail faces competition for postal delivery services
The Royal Mail faces competition in its postal delivery business, with other firms taking on some of its work.
The company has complained to the regulator Ofcom about a rival firm's growing presence in door-to-door deliveries, which Royal Mail claimed is threatening its own universal service.
