Why is Northern Ireland's devolved democracy unique?

Devolution has had a big effect on British politics in the past 20 years.

And moving more powers from Westminster to the nations and regions of Britain has been high on the political agenda since the Scottish Referendum in September.

Northern Ireland has its own devolved government that binds Nationalist and Unionists together in a mandatory coalition.

The BBC's Andy Martin explains why the Stormont government is so unique.
