PMQs: Blackford and Johnson on extending furlough scheme

The UK government was "all at sea" after eight u-turns, said the SNP Westminster leader.

Ina Blackford called on the PM to “change tack for a ninth time” and extend the job retention scheme beyond October.

But Boris Johnson said extending the scheme, that has helped 11 million people, would keep furloughed workers in “suspended animation”.
